Negotiating with draft picks

Just curious on what most people do. Do you negotiate with draft choices or let the computer sign them? I negotiated the first five rounds but noticed that I am the only team that has signed my draft choices. The computer teams have not signed anybody yet, in the first five rounds.

I negotiate all of my picks. I’ve also have my league set where every draft pick negotiates. I found it to be more realistic when negotiations fail and picks opt to go back to school. A decent number of my last draft of 25 I signed 17 of the 25 with 8 guys breaking off negotiations

I also tend to run the first round offers probably much sooner than the Ai does as I have noticed mine tend to be a step ahead. However there were 9 other first round picks that signed before my last first rounder did. Albeit, those nine seemed to all fall within a 1-3 day window ahead of mine
