Problem with Stadiums

I generally play fictional leagues. In previous versions, there has always been the same "generic" stadium chosen for all the teams in the leagues, which I can replace if I wish with one I build myself. I generally build one for my team and leave the rest generic. In v25, that stadium seems to have been replaced with the "spring training" stadium. I can still replace it if I want, but I don't want to stick all the other teams with such a bare-bones place to play big-league baseball, so I feel like I ought to replace them all, and that's too time-consuming. Have I done something wrong? What happened to the previous generic stadium?
