64 Scouting discoveries per year?

Is it intended that the default setting of International Scouting discoveries is 'a lot (64)'? It seems like too many.

This is another problem than having too many players of high quality.

Yeah the defaults this year are kind of odd ... a lot of things that were default in '24 are not default in '25.

I believe this is also getting reduced in the upcoming patch. And on top of this, the scouting discovery quality is also being reduced so the highest quality IAFAs are going to be signed manually
