Game stops/crashes/invisible players.

Couldn't wait to run OOTP25 on my new PC. However, several issues need to be attended to.
HP 15"
12th. Gen
32 GB RAM
64 Bit OS
1 TB storage

Played (tried) several games. It has crashed, it froze, invisible players.
It's frustrating. All other programs are fine.

I appreciate any and all responses.

All of which are meaningless to OOTP. The spec that matters is Ghz, assuming your machine shipped with a CPU.

Many thanks. This is what I found..... 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1215U 1.20 GHz
