Missing PT Pack

I submitted "Live Level 1 - Oakland" mission. I received the Sean Manaea card and the card pack. Once I put Sean Manaea on my active roster, the game crashed. When I rebooted the game, the Sean Manaea card was still available to me but the "Standard Pack" which I had not yet opened was gone. I've restarted the game multiple times but the pack has never returned. Help?

Included is a screenshot with that includes missions and opening packs. You can see that the mission was completed, Sean Manaea and a standard pack was awarded but there is no pack available to me and no log of me opening the pack.

I investigated your data and can confirm that the pack was missing due to your crash.
After a relog it should be back.
