Unable to Set Minor League Roster Limits
I just imported my save from OOTP-24 to OOTP-25. I am unable to set limits on pro years and number of players for my minor leagues as I have done since OOTP-21. When I go to Settings-Leagues-Players the game tells me that "other options are disabled for minor leagues". I get this for every minor league. How can I re-enable this setting? I am in the off season. Is it disabled in the off season?
