I don't know if others suggested this, but I think regular messages from other staff in the careers would be nice, like letting you know a player is doing particularly well in the minors, if we want to bump them up, likewise if they're doing bad. Maybe there could be a weekly meeting with the coaches, telling you about possible changes. You know, have some kind of chain of command in the organization where information can trickle up to you. Maybe we have a bad coach and there are better options. Maybe we can improve the developmental focus. Stuff like that. Cheers!
