Fictional uniforms being reset

Long time OOTP player here. Coming from 21 to 25 this year. Never had this problem before in previous versions, but in my current fictional universe with the latest Steam patch, no matter what checkboxes I apply all my carefully set uniforms for all teams are constantly being reset at the beginning of each off season.

Since my last version was 21, is there an additional setting I'm not selecting somewhere? All teams have uniforms 'locked' but its not honoring that.

Ok, I maybe figured it out. Seems like despite the uniforms being locked, if there are is an XML file with the team name it automatically is loading the XML regardless of settings. When I went into the data/colors folder and deleted all my fictional teams, at the next preseason the uniforms were still there. So I'm guessing the XML's are overriding all settings and trying to set uniforms on fictional teams despite them being locked.

Devs should probably add a check on that to prevent this from happening.
