I have seen this on two different occasions during a game. What looks like a blue cross next to a person's name when looking at the lineup, maybe while making a substitution. Latest time was last night in a game where Steve Blass was the pitcher and getting hit pretty hard. It appeared next to his name. Anyone know what this is?

Looked closer. It’s not a cross. It’s the symbol for a player in a COLD streak. The snowflake. Apparently the eyes are not what they used to be.
