Fog of War not working

Basically the title. I turn on fog of war but can still see all the specific individual ratings. I thought maybe it was that I can't turn it on mid-season (which would be weird since it's an option and not greyed out) but you also can't change that setting afaik until after the save is created so it wouldn't make sense that it's designed to not be settable for the first year. All this to say I'm pretty sure it's broken, though if I'm doing something wrong feel free to enlighten me.

Yeah, I think the biggest parts of Fog of War wound up getting broken by an interface change quite a while back, and it's been way down on the list of issues we need to take a look at. I think we're probably just going to have to redesign it into something close to a stats-only, no visible ratings mode - if I remember correctly, the way it was implemented (way back in the first version, if I remember right) was always a little awkward and inconsistent.
