Clinched playoffs and fan loyalty drops from Extreme to Good

Online league, clinched our first playoff berth in 4 seasons. Throughout the rebuild, the fan loyalty stayed Extreme. This sim after we clinched, it's suddenly Good. Any ideas how this happens?
