UI Suggestion for Team Chemistry

On the Team Chemistry screen, instead of a dropdown menu for View selection (Team Overview / Individual Player / Reserve Roster Players), could we please have three radio buttons? I find myself switching views a lot to compare various options, and not having to open the dropdown every time would cut the necessary clicks by 50%.

Also, what about adding a Chemistry value to the Status section (lower left) of a player's screen, relative to the current PT lineup? Might be nice to see Chemistry impact at the same time you're looking at ratings. Same thing on the Player Comparison screen—Chemistry value relative to the current roster could be displayed under 'Team' on each side.
