Just Purchased Game- No Serial Number

Hello all.

I just purchased FHM 10 earlier today. Downloaded file fine (Windows 11) and am prompted to enter serial number to the game. I checked my in-box and spam e-mail folder and don't have anything. Obviously I am not able to play this game. Is there is a solution?

If not, is there an option to get my money back or am I SOL?

Assuming you purchased it through the Fastspring store, you'll need to contact their support; https://fastspring.com/consumer-support-form/ - They should be able to resend you the key.

I purchased it on the Steam site.

If you purchased the game through Steam you don´t need to download the game from our site (that is the Fastspring version). Just install the game in your Steam client like every other Steam game.

I have three other Steam games, Front Office Football 8, PSF 24 and Digital Diamond Baseball 11 that I had no issues downloading and playing unlike this game.

Did you buy the game in the Steam client? Then the game should be just there for you to install. If you bought the Steam key somewhere else you need to add the game to your steam client first:

"Click the button labeled "+ Add a Game" on the bottom left on the Steam client and select "Activate a Product on Steam..." and follow the on-screen instructions." (from Steam)

Just another thought, did you download the update from our site by accident? Steam versions automatically update.

You don't need to "eat" the money, we just don't quite get how you have what happened. Send us some screenshots or videos....or if you can answer our questions, that would also be helpful for us to help you.
