FORT (random debut historical) has two openings

FORT is an OOTP 24 historical sim that uses random player debut. We are in 1989 right now, having started this version in 1980 (previous versions have run for decades - this is a dedicated group that has stuck together for a long time). We will be switching to OOTP25 probably in the 1990 or 1991 seasons. We have 20 teams, and two open - Houston Astros and Miami Marlins, who are both playoff teams.. The league mostly runs on Slack and Statsplus
