Schedule request for SL2/3D/4T 72 Games

This is the second part of my request (see my other post for the first part).

**EDIT for clarification: This is for a tournament, so subleagues aren't technically a part of it but it's how I'm thinking of it.**
Teams 1-12 are in subleague A and teams 13-24 are in subleague B.

12 games against divisional opponents (6H/6A)
3 games against other teams within league (3H/3A)
3 games against each team in corresponding division in other league (3H or 3A)

72 games total.
Season starts on the third Friday of July and ends on the first Wednesday of October.
No All-Star Game.
