Purchasing ver 24

I am trying to purchase OOTP 24 but everytime I select "Purchase 24" it takes me to the OOTP 25 page and that's not what I am looking for. Where can I purchase Version 24?

May not still be for sale. This January I wanted to purchase 23 but only 24 was available.

That's what I am understanding too, I guess it has to do wit licensing stuff...yuck
