I am trying to determine if this is on my end or a known issue.
Is anyone else having mouse issues when playing out a game? Such as freezing, skipping around the screen etc.? Thank you.

Thanks, everyone. The problem was a setting I changed. I have an 8-core processor, so I changed the configuration from one to eight. Changing back to one seems to have solved the problem. I changed in the first place because I was running 2 large programs at a time. The other program is no longer running. ( Notice my age as I keep referring to apps as programs
 )

I had to adjust my Studio to compensate for that. It seems that giving OOTP too many resources is almost as bad as giving too few.
