IAFA Budget issue

Is there any plans to fix this issue?
Did not exist in '23
Did exist in the left for dead '24
Still exists in '25

Where the League IAFA Max Cap is removing extension money even if you budget $1. Future budgets used to only include what you budgeted (and then allowed you to spend more if you had it) now even if you dont have it nor want to NOT spend it, you cant use that money to extend guys.
