I believe the game is strictly download at this point. The hockey game is not something I can talk much about as I have not played it. I’m in a full universe online league and they use it for hockey in that universe and they are always complaining about how buggy and limiting it can be. However, those comments could simply be based on using the game in an online league and not if one was playing solo. So definitely hit the hockey forum to get a better gauge of what players think.

during spring training is your roster strictly 40 man roster or can you have non-roster invitees?

NRIs are welcome in the spring. but they have to be in your system. Kids from lower minors, not vets looking to catch on. Those you need to sign to deals, even if just minor-league (with or without a promotion clause).

With this sixth-inning single, Javier Baez is on pace for 62 base hits this season, which means they come at the budget rate of $403,225.80 per hit.

My condolences to the kid who blew the game Thursday night against Seattle. As Gary Cohen described it during the Mets-Seattle game last night, it seems that adrenaline just got the best of him. It happens.
And at least the Tigers were in that game. Seattle sent us to bed without any supper last night, as easy as pie. |

Nice return for Carpenter.
- Greene rehab starts today in Toledo - Mize looks good in rehab, back in 2 weeks - Olsen inching back toward the mound - Perex unfortunately done for the year - Dingler is looking like he's ready - we will get a look at Jobe and Jung in the bigs in September I suspect Looks like this will be a fun finish to watch rather than the dive to A's / Chisox level of play that I was fearing

I’m interested to see if Jobe will be called up. I read the next “milestone” is to eclipse 100 innings in a season. I don’t think that is possible unless he is a September call-up. He is sitting at 62.2 currently for the year. I also heard rumblings of a service year manipulation. I’m not sure if prospect promotion incentive negates that at all? If they feel Jobe truly has the goods winning rookie of the year would net the Tigers a pick at the end of the first round. So it will be something to watch. Nice 15 run attack last night too.

Jace Jung and Trey Sweeney coming up today! I can't find who is being moved to make room . I assume Perez goes to the 60 day. Maybe DFA / release some combination of Urshella, McKinstry, and Kriedler?

Torkleson back up today. No word on the corresponding roster move. I assume it will be Madris but wish it could be McKinstry.
