A minor thing with the 2D engine

I'm currently playing with the Penguins and noticed that a black puck doesn't really work with black jerseys, as it just blends into the player. Not sure if there's already an option to maybe have a glow on the puck or something, or maybe one could be added?

And while I'm here, can I mod those player icons somehow? I'd love to see it use something like the default jerseys the game has when you don't have a facepack or the facegen on. Would be easier to make out what's going on.

Take a look at the Mods forum. Flying Canuck has made team-specific icons for the NHL. I think this is what you're looking for.

Also, you can modify the puck by changing the puck.png file that is in the graphics/rink_pics folder. That's the same folder that the player icons go into. I've attached the puck.png that I use.
