Philadelphia Flyers Michkov contract details

Reportedly (by capwages.com and puckpedia at least) Michkov should have $3.3M in performance bonuses (of some sort I guess). Those aren't reflected in his current data.

Problem is, nobody has details of exactly what those bonuses are. We'll probably get it eventually, since even getting the total amount is an improvement over what used to be available. But until the data gets a little better (and more comprehensive - I see some players listed with no bonuses when that seems really unlikely, e.g. recent first-rounders), I'm going to leave it out.
