Excel skill should be a GM trait in the game.

I haven't started my spreadsheet up yet. I end up spending more time in that than in the actual game.

This is great stuff. I use spreadsheets in OOTP and Football Manager, but I run the games in those. In hockey sims I play GM mode because I don't think I have a clue about how to set up lines and don't feel a need for the spreadsheets.

I have spreadsheets for managing my salary cap and also managing my scouting network. Should probably get another sheet going for tactics lol

Wow... That's an insane amount of work! How long did that take you?

man... I started that those sheets few FHM's ago and really lost track of how much time i have put in (it was A LOT of hours though that is for sure). I will say the current iteration is pretty much the final look however and quite pleased with it.

Also here is my yearly checklist I follow in-game to keep my GM mind focused (includes the settings i use as well).
