Statistical Accuracy in Fictional Leagues
I have a long-running fictional league that has always had stats that were reasonably accurate. There have been swings were pitching or offense was dominant but nothing too drastic. Suddenly, for the past two seasons, I am getting results in my Short Season and Rookie Leagues where pitching is unreasonably dominant with the leaguewide batting averages and ERAs around .115 and 1.30. This was not a trend - it just happened all at once. I didn't touch any settings that might have caused this.
Any advice for what I can do to somewhat normalize these numbers? Thank you! |

You'll probably get more reads and possibly a response if you post it in the OOTP 25 General Discussions forum. One section down.
