Desi dudes film their drunk bhabhi dancing in wet saree then bend her over sofa for rough doggy while she screams in hindi. Tamil aunty cheats hubby with young stud, takes cum on face then kisses husband goodnight. Pakistani chick in burka flashes tits in car then swallows driver’s load, mallu wife shares shower with hubby’s friend and gets creampied. Telugu teens experiment with first threesome, marathi girl squirts on webcam, bangladeshi babe takes bbc in hotel. All real, all amateur, all free to jerk to.

That happens when a guy is already at his potential example(50 current power/50 potential power)
If their current rating is at their potential already and you put them in the lab the only way it will get an improvement showing is if you get an outstanding result which is the rarest and than they can boost past the "potential" rating your scout has on them. This is only the case for the main ratings on the left side of their profile. (stealing and defensive ones this doesn't apply too since they don't show a potential) Meaning the best guys to put in the lab for the big ratings (power/eye/stuff/movement/control labs) are the 20-24 year old players from A through AA because they can improve on successful ones also. I try to use the lab spots on only the top prospect farm guys that look like they have a high chance at being an MLB or else I would rather use those spots on current MLB players to improve their defense or stealing/running or the more common ones where they always go. |

Well, you can, by looking in the editor but otherwise, no. Not unless you also scout them. You can't even edit a player and see new ratings without scouting them (if scouting is on).

If there is a need to scout upon completion in order to see updated development, then it would be IDEAL if, as part of attending the DEV LAB, they would be scouted automatically upon end of session.
There seems to be a lot of grumbling (online leagues) that this hurts in other areas more than it helps in areas intended. Clarity would help (determine or alleviate) that. |

Go to game settings, global settings, left side , run full re-scouting.

Just to clarify, my experience is that player's coming OUT of the lab do have a current scouting report - at least my most recent crop did - but you are correct in suggesting that if the last one prior was years old, then it's hard to say how much lab effect there was (positive or even negative). Based on this thread, I will hopefully remember to "request a scouting report" of every player I drop into the lab.

I haven't seen this mentioned specifically in this thread, but it also important to understand that the scale you are viewing is broken down to a 550 point scale under the hood. Also, the way that under the hood rating is translated into the visible rating at the MLB level is like looking at the right side of a normal distribution curve.
All of that to say, basically, the lower a player is on the rating scale the harder it is to show visible improvement because those ratings cover more of the under the hood scale. I did a quick test under the hood with a rating that has an MLB league average of 400. Here is what each of the under the hood ratings (I tested by 5's) translated to on the 20-80 scale. 20: 000 - 035 (Range = 35) 25: 040 - 105 (Range = 65) 30: 110 - 180 (Range = 70) 35: 185 - 250 (Range = 65) 40: 255 - 315 (Range = 60) 45: 320 - 370 (Range = 50) 50: 375 - 410 (Range = 35) 55: 415 - 430 (Range = 15) 60: 435 - 450 (Range = 15) 65: 455 - 470 (Range = 15) 70: 475 - 490 (Range = 15) 75: 495 - 505 (Range = 10) 80: 510 - 520 (Range = 10) 85: 525 - 530 (Range = 5) 90: 535 - 540 (Range = 5) 95: 545 - 550 (Range = 5) So, someone lower on the scale could easily jump 40-50 points under the hood without their visible rating improving. |
