Can devs looking into teams tanking in weekly league?

I am in a silver league with a guy with an absolute god squad. He's 74-19. He has won three silver leagues before. But it feels like he keeps tanking to get back to silver. this 74-19 squad was in gold last year and guess what his record was?? take a guess? 60-102 lost run dif by 655 to 862....one year later, they are winniing run dif by 607 to 315. If some dev can check, look into slayheim edelgards manager: Darthcansupes. we are in silver296

Yeah, I'm in bronze league where #1 team is 81-11 with a 587 run like (811-230) difference & not even All-Star Game yet. This is why I been begging for Gold & Under Leagues, Silver & Under, Bronze & Under...ETC...Some of us just can't compete with these teams. I really don't believe anyone cares, all about the Benjamins

There is a button right in the game to report the team, and they will look into it.

I had been sitting on like 500 packs (and a few hundred thousand PP built up) and ripped them all on the Sunday morning when that season in Gold ended, and went from having not updated my team in a month or so to completing all the Elite missions among others with pack rewards. I wasn't tanking, just... bored with this cycle, I guess? Wasn't my intention but I see your point.

Prior to this past week, my last Silver appearance was the 2053 season, winning the league with a record of 89-73. My Gold records since then (with essentially the same roster right up until this past week) have been 76-86, 92-70 (made playoffs), 76-86, 79-83, 79-83, 75-87, and finally 60-102. So one lucky week in there and otherwise pretty much steadily mediocre until getting absolutely stomped and deciding to finally try to improve the team and do something about it. So far this season I'm 11-7 in Gold.

I usually only stockpile packs for a week, I don't like to rip small amounts. Between the amount I was holding and the missions I completed, I ended up ripping around 800 packs. If I opened that many and DIDN'T vastly improve my team, there'd be something really wrong.
