Starting OOTP 25 League from Other Software and Have Questions

So we started the Replay League in 2001 beginning with the 1982 season. After about a 12-year hiatus, we rekindled it a few years ago and have used APBA primarily but also Action PC and also Diamond Mind.

Switching to OOTP as it's the most realistic sim. We are a 10-team league, NL-only players (you lose players when they don't play in the NL), beginning with the 2002 season.

I'm the only owner with the game - the other owners draft, make trades, send lineups and rotations (some of them), but I sim all the games and run everything. My question - is there an easy way to send a full PDF or info packet of rosters and also for standings and full league and team stats without opening each one individually and saving to HTML? That seems to be the only way to do it. I like to send frequent stat distributions so everyone can keep up. Thanks for any help anyone can provide!

Have you considered purchasing Statsplus? That's how most leagues keep everyone up to date. Rosters, stats, players, draft, file upload, team by team exports. It gets better every iteration too.
