CBL presents: MLB end of regular season roster file 10/2/23

Hello gang!

For those that are interested, I have a live start as of today (10/2) will all regular end of season stats and records.

I have updated the following:

- Majority of the Top 100 prospects including Junior Caminero, Jackson Holliday, etc. I like to calibrate prospects to be around the 50-60 for most of the top prospects. Top tier reaches 65, and in some cases 70 for elite players.

- Updated injuries for playoff teams. For all teams I at least did update if players have long term injuries that would impact next year as well (Jacob DeGrom, Shane McClanahan, etc

- Updates to players ratings/potentials

- New GM's Chris Getz-> White Sox, et al

- Updated park factors for Oriole Park at Camden Yards

- Coaching changes (Tito retired, Kapler fired, Buck stepping down)

- 2023 retirements of Miggy, Grienke, Waino, and others

- Updated roster rules and limits for minor leagues
AAA & AA 30 man rosters
A+ 30 man rosters, 5 years experience max
A 30 man roster, 4 years experience max
DSL 50 man roster, 4 years experience
Rookie 50 man roster, 3 years experience

- Updated league financials, adjusted market sizes

- Updated some owner profiles

*** IMPORTANT ***
First thing you do with this file is to enable "all CPU teams to make AI roster changes". Currently all teams are set to cpu teams and NOT able to make AI roster moves.

*** This file does NOT have Brandon Woodruff injury. Just read he will miss the WC Series with a shoulder injury. Also... Erasmo Ramirez cleared waivers for the Rays. In this file he is a Free Agent, so you can place him back with AAA Durham Bulls in the file. I also missed Boston GM position. ***

Unzip to your saved games folder, then should be good!

Thank you, is there a way to use this roster to start a new game to start a new league ?

Hi, I've been playing on this save and for some reason the game doesn't generate the All Star Game. It does generate the All Star Break, however. All the ASG settings are normal, and other live starts haven't had this problem. Is there anything you can think of that is causing this?

P.S. Maybe for your next update you could throw in some of the international guys? Roki Sasaki, Yamamoto, etc.

Sorry, dumb question: how do I enable "all CPU teams to make AI roster changes"? I can't find this anywhere in any of the options.

Export the rosters from this save and import them into your own. Just make sure to double check all is good incase this roster has any player ID changes

It is located under League Settings - Functions. Center column, you have to scroll down to the bottom.
