BUMP: STL, CLE, TEX Open.

We are looking for mature GM's who can make mistakes and move on... not look to the leadership to clean up their mess. We had a couple of GM's flub the Rule V and lose recent signings so they are taking their ball and going home. I look forward to fortifying the character of the group in the replacement process. Just one last note: St Louis GM was not a quitter. He had to step down to deal with a health issue.
