Batters swinging 3-0 in one-pitch mode

Perhaps not exactly a bug, but since there have been zero responses to my posts in existing threads, I figured I'd try creating a new thread here.

This seems like a pretty easy fix, and it's kind of absurd that the problem still exists (posts date back to 2013 about this issue).

I've just lost yet another close game where THREE batters swung 3-0 (in a close game with a crucial need for base runners. I've tried removing/benching guys when this happens, hoping perhaps they'd "learn".

The other issue that is not getting address in other threads:
There REALLY needs to be a confirmation when issuing an intentional walk. I issued an intentional walk in a perfect game when I sneezed and grazed the 4 key. That's absurd, and again, an easy fix.
