OpenGL? Whatever it is it's crashing the game and has prevented me from watching the games in 3D

Can't watch games in 3D or with animation now. Just 2d.

Here's the message I get. When I check "Yes" the game locks up and I eventually have to just force quit.

You can try this to see if it helps:
- go to the main menu
- press "settings"
- select tab "troubleshooting"
- click on the button "open folder containing customizable data"
- an explorer window should open
- open folder "ballparks", then "models", then "misc"
- rename the folder "sky_boxes" to something else

MacBook Pro doesn’t use a dedicated video card. (IE NVIDEA). Your suggestion may help him, I don’t know.

Happening to me as well. PC. NVIDIA RTX 2070. Latest drivers updates. Plays in 2D, no 3D. ETA: crash happens after picking 'Play Game" PC hangs and then crashes out of OOTP. Game version is 25.11 Build 103.

ETA: found the folder rename solution. Awaiting NVIDIA fix.

This may not work for everybody for reasons I'll explain, but it worked in my situation.

I play the game with my laptop using an external monitor. The NVIDIA driver does not control the external monitor so I'm seeing the OpenGL error when I attempt to open the 3D ballparks. If I open the game just using the notebook display, it's fine because that is controlled by the NVIDIA driver.

Solution: I open a ballpark in 3D view just using my laptop, then switch on my external monitor and am able to see the 3D parks without an error. This would only be a solution if you're using an external display instead of your laptop.

(I used to be able to see the 3D parks on my external monitor before the last NVIDIA update without having to use these steps.)
