PT Combinator Boost failed - selected cards all disappeared

I had attempted a boost for a Brooks Robinson 102 combinator card and had 6,795 points selected, so it was actually 1 point over the amount for 100% success. I attempted the boost, and the card just spun around and never stopped spinning. I went to a different screen, attempted the boost again, and it said the combinator points between the client and server differ. The card was never boosted, and I lost all the cards used in the combinator attempt. I had purchased some golds with high combinator values and used duplicates only, and those are gone as well as over 400 other cards used in the attempt.

Has this happened to others?

Restart the game and the cards should be back.
