XML Parsing Error

I’m sure I’m overlooking something pretty simple here, but I’m receiving the parsing error with the attached schedule. Can someone take a look and guide me in my errors?

When I download and open in a text editor the file is not regular text. It looks like what I attached.

Not sure how you got to that lsdl file, but something went wrong, perhaps with an export/save.

Thnx GMO. Perhaps that’s the issue then. I will try to reupload again as I have the Excel data still.
