WPORBL - 1999, 1979, and 1956 Openings

Three fun, slower-paced, retro leagues have a few openings. If you enjoy savoring each season to its fullest and appreciate more time to be involved (i.e. turning off your computer for a week does not cost you half or a full season), with developing your franchise and seeing some of your favorites from the past (or learn an era you are less familiar with), the WPORBL leagues could be a great fit.

The 74 and 94 leagues are both about 3 years old and plan to be around as long as the game (and I) continue to exist. The 55 league wrapped up its first seaso, 1955. It has been a great start to living through a much different brand of baseball and franchise management.
WPORBL-74 is in mid-August, of the 1979 season. It is the league's 6th season.
WPORBL-94* is in the middle of 1999 free agency.
WPORBL-55 completed its first World Series and the first off-season begins next week.
