Log on issues

My logon is locked and I cannot access the 26 game I just downloaded.
Help please

Can you provide more information? The specific word for word error? Did you try a wrong password too many times? Anything you could give with regard to more details would help an OOTP developer when they come by.

I played the beta with no problem. Could not log on to the full version. Kept getting the logon/registration disabled screen. Then later was able to log on. The system crashed mid game and now I cannot log back on. Get the logon/registration screen disable again. Stuck.

It's down at the moment to work through a bug. Will be back soon. Here was the link they noted it:
