I paid PayPal, no confirmation or follow up?

I logged in and paid through PayPal. I got confirmation from PayPal but all the OOTP website did was bring me back to a page where it looked like I need to order still. There was no confirmation, link to download, license key, nothing.

I'm not sure its supposed to work this way but its a pretty poor setup if so...

License Key would come in a separate email (i.e. not from Paypal), I would recommend checking spam if you don't see it yet.

You probably wouldn't get a link email since those went out before you purchased, but the links are available here in the forums...check the pinned threads.

If your email is tied to a license, you can have it resent to that email via this self-help portal for managing your license.

I did not get a confirmation. I did not get an email confirmation. I did not get an license key.

My point is that the ordering seems to be broken. As it apparently didnt go through. Even though PayPal approved it.

There is an issue with the way it was working on the site. So now, what do I need to do to get it?

If you go to the portal linked above, you can recover you license key with the email you used to order.

It's possible that the emails got blocked by spam filters or something, but if the order went through, then you should be able to recover it.

If not, please feel free to email support@ootpdevelopments.com with what email you used for purchase, as well as whatever other supporting documents that might help (like something showing that paypal took the money), and the team can investigate.

I will. I tried requesting the license a few minutes ago and haven't seen anything yet. I dont have any spam filters set up and there was nothing in any of my junk folders.

My company does online orders through PayPal so I'm familiar with the process. The lack of a confirmation page after ordering should not exist. You should get a confirmation page that the order was complete. Then the e-mail is a separate issue.

But my point wasn't just that it didnt work but there was 100% something broken in the way it tried to handle that transaction. I also understand that it could have been a one-off glitch but wanted to point it out incase others had the same issue
