Importing saved leagues: experiences, Q&A

A place to discuss imported saves.

I’ll start with a question: I have a long running fictional league save that I will be importing following the World Series. I play slowly, about one or two seasons a year and I like my stats to mimic what is happening in the real world of baseball. So, in other words, I’d like my league to use 2025 league settings. Do you see any problems with just importing and clicking on 2025 settings and playing?

(My specific question is secondary to the larger purpose of this thread)

I thought the import was extremely easy but it was just a standard game from 24. I did make sure it was right after the World Series but before the 1st day of the offseason.

I did click through to have the GM's re-evaluate all the players once I clicked through all the settings to make sure everything was similiar to the 24 build.

Someone mentioned that errors were a little funky on import. If you didn't recalc, are you noticing any weird error rates?
