Notes on the OOTP 26 Launch

Hey all, we've worked hard towards this point, and we'll keep a watch on everything reported. We're happy with the launch build, but we wanted to let people know a few of the things we have on the immediate queue that we are aware of.

Aging is a little too strong right now. We already worked on this more and will have this fixed up for the first patch.
The fonts for the alternate and City Connect uniforms are not included. We will include them in a future patch(es).
When creating a new custom game using the MLB template the A's do not generate with minor league affiliates
2025 MiLB schedules are not correct. We're working on updating these.
2024 historical lineups and transactions are not working
It's possible there is a very rare crash when playing out games in 3d. We think this is fixed, but not 100% certain. If you see this, please post your debug file in the tech support forums along with info on when/where in the game it happened
Some lineups, positions for players moving positions this spring etc may not be fully up to date. We'll continue to adjust MLB level rosters, lineups and ratings as we move toward OD to get this as correct as the AI will allow.

An update on a few more items:

-We have noticed more users with issues with the UI confetti, so we disable that temporarily with the next update as we investigate further. Hopefully we can get it back on and working fully
-We have noted the issue of players showing up in the DFA list as a holding place. We'll look at other ways to handle them, and to hopefully keep the DFA section to the players that are more relevant (recent major league FA signings or players you did actually DFA)
-We're keeping an eye on the other feedback, both in the base game and PT. We'll have some fixes for some of the PT issues reported in the first patch, and will continue to update to add more quality of life features in the time after that.
