I was thinking of importing the LMB from OOTP23 and updating it.
I would love to do Mexico, Cuba, Taiwan, add in real life players into the fictional Japanese league. Eventually, I will add in all the leagues I can find decent information on.

There's not an official Mexican League...but I continue to hope.
