I cannot login into my accounts.

I was able to login my 1st account. However, after i was not able to login to my other accounts. I may not have the correct passwords and i cannot add anymore accounts to my email. is there a way to fix this?

Well, the feedback will depend on the circumstances.

Were the accounts created during the beta window last week? If that was when it was first set-up it wasn't a real account, new accounts in that window were there to test functionality. And progress on a pre-existing account was wiped clear so everyone started from the same start date for PT (Friday).

Are you not getting a validation email on accounts set-up for the first time Friday midday or after? Any account created that is not validated is not set-up and you get one of the slots back so the "can't add anymore accounts to my email" will clear depending on when the account was set up, email not received and then cleared.

As for user names, try this as it was posted on a previous version of the game but may still work:

"If you click on FORGOT PASSWORD it will take you to a screen where you can put in your e-mail address. It will e-mail you a token and in that mail is your username.

BUT! If you screw up you are screwed until the next day, as you can only do it once per day."

I cant log in to any of my three accounts now either. It was trying to connect to server after a perfect draft. I reloaded draft. exited draft. Could not connect. Reinstalled the game. Still cannot log in to any of my accounts. 2 were crenewed today. One on Friday.

There seems to be an update, and I get this now 'Could not connect. Please retry'

While trying to fix the problem, i now do not have the password to my first account.

I made these accounts way back when PT started. I havent played for 3 years and i do not know why im locked out. is there a way to get my passwords back?

If you did not play in PT23, there was a backend server clearout that occurred at the start of that cycle, so you may have to re-register with the same email address you used for PT22 and prior.

There's a link next to the login "Forget Password" that you can use to reset your password. If you get the reply that it does not exist, and you may have created it during the beta period last week, you can try to create it again and see if that goes through.

If you still get an error, please pm Me, Lukas, Nicolino, or Chris M with the email and account you are attempting to use, and we can check the details.

There are some circumstances where accounts do not transfer forward automatically - if you have selected the "Request Account Deletion" from OOTP GO, or the account was banned in a previous version, or some other error occurred.
