NHL Initial Draft is broken

Version 11.3.42

Start a new custom game and choose the NHL Initial Draft option. When you do, the default NHL rosters are full instead of empty. You can go through the draft, but it has no affect on the roster. I started July 1st in case that makes a difference.

Not seeing this, I've tried an NHL start with the option on with both regular and July 1 starts, and the NHL rosters are properly emptied. How did you have your leagues set up - using the "Add NHL", etc. buttons, or imported?
