Commissioner mode option issue.

I started a historical game with the 1983 Nordiques. I declined the commissioner challenge because I want to create the real assistant coaches and scouts. The problem IÂ’m experiencing is that when I uncheck the commissioner mode option, it automatically rechecks itself when I leave the Options Manager tab. I was strangely able to make three changes, and a few days later, I can no longer make any changes.
So I closed the game and restarted it, but it still doesn't work.

Can someone help me?

You would need to keep Commissioner Mode on in order to edit the staff ratings. Challenge mode, which you declined, isn't the same thing.

If you're the same guy who posted on the subreddit - I believe you're experiencing the same thing Sebastian has clarified here with the unchecking/checking of Commissioner mode (with historical editing enabled) - https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=361452
