Manually did a 26-team, 544544 with interleague, I can't get it to import

I spent probably 40 hours on this if not more. And I can't seem to get this to import into my league, any thoughts? It says that the balance is wrong, but then I update that and that doesn't work, and then it says it doesn't match league structure.... help?

I thought the ".csv" suffix was just to upload, but it appears the problem was a bunch of detritus in the file from exporting out of Excel or the like.

I just cleaned up that (plus the "INY" item you mentioned) into the attached (that I zipped) and was able to import it into a dummy league with that structure and matching schedule settings.
