Owner goal improve draft record question

How much WAR do my drafted players need to accomplish this goal? And how much for an outstanding success?

I don't think those metrics are ever really mentioned anywhere that I'm aware of. Maybe some others have run tests to determine. I like the idea of owner goals but would prefer it to be more interactive in the form of dialogue/responses with the ownership, etc throughout the year.

Well I've got 5.3 at the halfway point of the season between a center fielder and a starting pitcher, hopefully 10 is enough for him. Otherwise lucky it's low priority with 500 ball and playoffs within reach.
