ROY Draft Pick

In the game, do you get an extra pick if you have a player win ROY? Just trying to figure out how to operate rookies if i have a chance to get another draft pick.

Prospect promotion incentive needs to be checked on in rules settings, the player has to be a top 100 prospect according to OSA, they need to be on opening day roster with less than 50 days, 150 at bats and 50 innings, and they need to stay with the team they debut for(including September call ups?). Also if they don't win ROY, you have until arbitration to earn a pick for MVP or Cy Young.
