Right. So seems to me of more importance is to what degree do MiL participate. At least it's much less than all those who merely pass through the league.

Also, while I've added 33% more rosters, I've reduced roster sizes to 22 (9 pitchers, 13 fielders). So likely much of the mere presence of MiL during a season, who do not generate qualifying IP or AB, occurs during roster expansions.

I got rid of 71 of them in two off season retirement parties.

After there's a working pre-calc file for 26 I'm going to start a save on that and retire the guys before they make it to MLB.

There are reasons I prefer getting players in the system the year they started playing professional ball rather than they year they broke into MLB.
