How to control minor league lineups?

I've tried editing them as GM, but the next day the managers have just changed them back. Need to get them to play the players with best potential. Thanks.

Go to manager options and put yrself in charge of MiLB depth charts and lineups. Now it's a lot to do it daily with injuries and all. I've usually checked once a week when I did it this way.
