Using ai for player photos

I have players photos saved for different years to try and mimic aging.
Dont like seeing a young Dimaggio in 1951.
Facegen doesn't look good enough for me.
So i started messing around with ai and then is what i got.
The last photo of the guy in the hat was when i just asked ai to draw a picture of John Conkey. The president of the 1872 Boston Red stockings.
I haven't found a picture of conkey but it did get the era right without me telling it. I just told it to draw a picture of John Conkey.
Do you think this would be useful?

While those look really well done, the historical community tries hard to minimize AI usage. This is primarily due to assumptions made by the computer on what the player MAY have looked like.

To be honest i barely gave it any input.
The ai usage doen't bother me if its not perfect.
To me its no different than facegen.
I will still have my real photos if i still want to use them.

heres some more.
All from leonardoai except for al barker.
Its Aaron Judge, Al Barker (leonardoai),
Al Barker (grok), Cal McVey and Ivers Whitney Adams.
I wanted to see what it could do to recreate a baseball owner
from early baseball with not much information.
I did guide it bit on Adams and mcvey.

A young and old Cap Anson, Al Spalding, Al Reach and 2 ai photos of George Bechtel.
I think did pretty good on Anson but made Al Reach look too young.
Also finding that ai seems to think every man has a Tom Selleck or Rollie Fingers mustache.
Ai seems to like to make everyone look extremely young or extremely old.
Al Spalding looks like the closest representation.
Gonna try to put him in a 1871 Boston Red Stockings uniform.
Otherwise, whats the point if its just basically the same photo.

What do you think of this... I use AI only for my FG creation, helps a lot when you have just a blurry picture or one of those painted baseball card.

George Wright, Charlie Old Hoss Radbourn, Bobby Mathews and Charlie Mills.
AI kept wanting to give Radborn an ET long finger. I think it comes from that photo where people think he is flipping off the cameraman. I think its just a cigar. Looks to mangled in the photograph to be his finger.
I used Charlie Mills to see what it could do with a bad photograph.

Comparison of two bad photographs.
First one is Warren White.
Second is Charlie Mills.
I could be wrong on names.
If anyone sees a correction, just let me know.

I've learned that the ai gets confused between baseball uniform and military uniform.
Also seems to think batting helmet ment football helmet.
So i tend to use words like jersey, cap and hat.
I'm just a beginner at this.
