Unable to upload online league file

I have been unable to upload our online league file whenever I try to sim for the last week or so. Other commissioners have not have this issue. The error seems to come at the “UPLOAD NEXT FILE” step. I have tried to download a fresh league file and reinstalling the game however either of these fixed the issue. I also used the upload testing tools in game and they were successful.

I will be able to upload screenshots and league file after work.
