Problem with purchase

Hey, not sure who to get on this, or what you all may decide to do. I got on to purchase some points for a purchase, got 2 9.99 packages, and reflexes saw the Rainbow Booster was available, so I added it as well. Purchase went through, got my codes, got the first 2, entered the code for rainbow booster and I can't get it, I guess I had reached the purchase limit, but now I'm sitting here with the code for a purchase that I can't enter or use on anything else, at least as far as I know. Is there a refund someway, or allow the purchase to go through, whatever works for you all, I just hate that, I was thinking the previous time, when I reached the limit for purchases, it disappeared as an option for me, which it didn't do this time.

I'm also flying a bit blind right now, my phone's screen decided to die on Thursday, so until I can hopefully go to the store later today, I'm stuck to using a computer that apparently got cleaned by someone so all of my logins are gone, and I can't get into most of my junk right now. Not sure if any of that will affect how to fix this, just information in advance, in case.

I don't think, at least from moment, there are any point packages or anything that are 19.99. maybe 2 or 3 or something can be combined to get to that amount, but then again, I figure you can't put a code for one purchase onto another, because then you would have people trying buy a 4.99 pack and entering the link in the million pp purchase.

I will try to keep up here and check it regularly, if I need to contact someone more directly who can help, please advise. I'd be fine with the refund it that's easier than bypassing the limit of purchases of rainbow boosters, by the way, if there is a way to remove that so people don't see it when they reached maximum purchases, I really suggest that, I don't remember what I've purchased, I thought it was there for the new month or something. I'm going to try to look and see if there is anything on the company we purchase through or whatever, see if they have a refund or anything that will make it easier on all, well easier and not throwing 19.99 away, I waste enough as it buying or tying to buy things, I don't want to was more, literally, with the ungetable purchase.
