All-Star voting is broken.
I have a team in I-168 where Dock Ellis is 16-0 with a 1.92 ERA, leading his conference in both categories, also 1st in pitcher WAR, CG, WHIP, BABIP,and IP. But he is not in the top 5 of the All-Star voting. The leaders are Live Christopher Sanchez (10-5, 3.41), Noah Schultz (one of my guys, 10-1, 2.29), Bob Moose (another of my guys, 12-3, 2.47), Ray Sadecki (8-7, 3.58), and Brett Anderson (6-4, 3.16).

Dock took care of business
He threw back-to-back CG shutouts to go to 18-0, 1.70. He leads the entire league in Wins, ERA, CG, Shutouts, WHIP, BABIP, Opponents' batting average (.157), Pitcher WAR, and innings pitched. So all that squeaked him up to 5th in the all-star voting.

Other teams are better at stuffing the ballot boxes?

Maybe
LOL Dock ran of 24 wins in a row before losing his last start last night. Now a runaway winner in CY race. His OPS allowed is .468 and he is walking 2.2 per 9. His starts will probably tail off as I have replaced Iron Stallings with Chris Ianetta as my primary catcher with Garagiola as a backup. It's a theme team, Pirates, Rockies, and White Sox only.
